William "Grayden" Hunt, 100, of Austin, passed away Sunday, February 21, 2021. Graveside services will be 11:00 AM, Saturday, February 27, 2021 in Hillcrest Cemetery with Deacon JulianTyboroski officiating. Military Honors will be provided by Fort Hood Honor Guard.

Mr. Hunt was born on October 12, 1920 in Plantersville, Mississippi to Robert Wright Hunt and Annie Beth (Gray) Hunt. He married Mary Lillian (Radle) Hunt on July 19, 1944 in Temple, Texas and they celebrated almost 73 wonderful years together until her death on June 21, 2017. Mr. Hunt served his country in the United States Army and retired from the grocery industry where he was a supervisor with A&P Grocery and Foodland Grocery.

Survivors include his daughter, Carolyn Hunt of Austin; brother-in-law, A.W. Radle, Jr. of Kingwood; nieces, Casey of Houston and Susan of Scottsdale; and numerous relatives and dear friends.
