Otis John Wilson, 63 of Marlin entered into rest Thursday, November 08, 2012. Services will be 10:00 am Saturday, November 10, 2012 at Adams Funeral Home with Pastor Kurt Rutz officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery in Marlin. Visitation will be Friday 6 pm- 8 pm at Adams Funeral Home Chapel.Otis was born October 8, 1949 to John & Callie Nutt Wilson. He married Nancy Adams on January 24, 1977. They were blessed with two wonderful daughters. Otis was the pre-press manager for Wallace Computer Services until health problems caused him to retire in 2002. He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Marlin. Otis loved to cook, fish and tell stories. His infectious laugh and bright personality will be missed by all.Otis was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Kenneth Wilson, and sister Betty Sue Jackson.Survivors include his wife Nancy; his daughters, Kimberly Wilson and Russell Endsley of Corpus Christi; Karla Kicak and husband Michael of Sour Lake, TX; granddaughter, Ashlynn Izley Kicak and future grandson, Dillon Champ Endsley; sister, Shirley Markowski and husband Ben. A host of nieces, nephews and special friends also survive.The family would like to thank Dr. Charles Shoultz III and his nurse Andrea for their wonderful care and concern during his illness.In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to Grace Lutheran Church, 432 Houghton Ave., Marlin, Texas.Arrangements made by Adams Funeral Home, Marlin, Texas.
