Ned Louis Reaux, 64, of Chilton Texas succumbed to cancer after a 3 year battle. All that knew and loved him will sorely miss him.

Services will be 2:00pm Wednesday, September 20 at Adams Funeral Home with Reverend William Wright officiating. Burial will follow in the Carolina Cemetery.

Ned was born December 26, 1958 in Opelousas, Louisiana to Charles N. and Mary Elizabeth Tally Reaux. He was married to his wife Cindy for 43 years. Ned retired from The Texas Department of Transportation after serving 28 years. He also farmed and worked cattle on his land. Ned was preceded in death by a brother, Chuck Reaux; sister Pauline Fulop; and most recently his mother Mary Elizabeth Tally Reaux.

Survivors include his wife Cindy Reaux of Chilton; son Blaine Reaux and wife Samantha of Chilton; brothers Norbert Reaux and wife, Helen of Louisiana and Steve Reaux of Louisiana; grandchildren Dustin, Colton and Blake; nieces Allison Andrus, Caryn Fulop, Lisa Cormier, Megan Reaux, Jillian Reaux and Kathryn Reaux; and nephew Jonathan Reaux.

Pallbearers will be William Walker, Bubba Bennett, Blake Cormier, David Nutt, Mike Roberts and Blaine Reaux. Honorary pallbearers will be Norbert Reaux, Leon Andrus and Dustin Reaux.
