Johnny Wasylyszyn, 61, passed away October 24, 2015 in Ft. Worth, Texas after a 2 ½ year battle with pancreatic cancer. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at Heights Funeral Home in Houston, Texas. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery in Marlin on Wednesday, October 28th at 4:00 PM.Johnny was born in San Antonio, Texas and was a Senior Quality Engineer with Praxair, Inc. of Houston, Texas.Johnny wanted to thank all of his family and friends that have been with him through his life and this difficult journey. He loved each and every one of you.Johnny was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Helene and sisters, Karen Erskine and Linda Mitchell.He is survived by son, Jonathan Wasylyszyn and wife, Jussara and daughter, Heather Long and husband, Keith, 4 grandchildren, along with many family and friends.
