Gregory Neal Smith, 55, of Gilmer passed away Thursday, August 2, 2012. Services will be 2:00 PM Saturday at Adams Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Buddy Sipes officiating. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery in Durango, TX.Greg was born January 19, 1957 in Levelland, TX to Jessie Tillman and Mary N Smith. When Greg was a little boy he loved to go fishing, but his real passion was cooking. He will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.Survivors include his parents, T.L. (Bud) and Mary M. Farmer of Gilmer; uncle, Joe Farmer and wife Berinda of Marlin; several nieces and nephews also survive.Arrangements made by Adams Funeral Home, Marlin, Texas.
