Faye Lombardo, 84 of Marlin entered into rest Tuesday, June 26, 2012. Services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 29, 2012 at Adams Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Don Fulton officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 to 8 pm Thursday at Adams Funeral Home.Faye was born September 6, 1927 in Cisco, TX to Eldridge and Margie Leatherman Brown. She married Paul Lombardo August 14, 1945. Faye loved to go out in the morning, drink her coffee and watch the birds. She also loved to shop and work with her flowers.Survivors include her husband, Paul Lombardo; daughter, Dianna Blakeney and husband Jerry; sons, Paul Wayne Lombardo; Joe Lombardo and wife Ruth; sister, Clara Inez Brink; brother-in- law, Roy Beckner; sister in law, Providence Lombardo; grandchildren, David Paul Monday, Debbie Hanvey and husband Pete, Hayley Lombardo, Annie Lombardo, Joseph Sharp , and Joe Paul Lombardo; 5 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.Pallbearers will be Joseph Sharp, Joe Paul Lombardo, Tony Lombardo, Jr., Pete Hanvey, Larry Fulton, and Donnie Fulton.The family would like to thank Dr. Fedro and staff, the Hospice Nurses and the Nurses and Staff at Elmwood Nursing Home and Golden Years Nursing Home.Arrangements made by Adams Funeral Home, Marlin, Texas.
