Ernest Lee Cobb, 72, passed away Friday, September 23, 2016. Mr. Cobb was born on February 21, 1944 in Marlin, Texas to Mabel Haley and Clifford Cobb, Sr. He graduated from Marlin High School in 1962.He is survived by his wife; Judith Cobb of 52 years, children; Stephen Cobb and his wife, Debera, Rhonda Sykes and her husband, Todd and Jennifer Poole and her husband, Paul, grandchildren; Kyle Nelson, Kaitlin Tynes, McKenzie Nelson, Ashley Anderson, Ashley Poole, Kyle Poole and Jill Reifsteck, great grandchildren; Talon Tynes, Grayson Tynes, Callie Anderson, Bryson Poole, Reagan Reifsteck and Maddy Vidrine. The youngest of eight children, he is survived by Johnny and William Cobb and numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, family and friends.Ernest was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and loved his dogs; Zoe and Blondie. He was an avid outdoorsman and dedicated Dallas Cowboy Fan.A memorial service will be held, 11:00 AM, Saturday, October 1, 2016 at Blue Ridge Baptist Church.
