Earline Christian, 76 of Marlin, passed away Saturday, July 22, 2023 in Waco, Texas. Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday. July 25, 2023 at Adams Funeral Home. Interment to follow in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Monday, July 24, 2023 at the funeral home.

Earline was born on June 9,1947 to Euel Anderson and Katie Mae (Ray) Davis in Marlin, Texas. She was a longtime resident of Marlin. She was a member of the Eastside Church of Christ. She worked in the culinary field for many years. Earline was best known as making the best hamburgers in the state of Texas. She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, and most of all, being with her family.

Earline is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Betty Sue Easter, brother-in-law, Melton Merryman, Sr.

Survivors include her sister, Libba Merryman of Reagan; nieces, Constance Hester of Burnet, Kimberly Ray of Belton; nephew, Melton Merryman, Jr. of Marlin, Timothy Easter of Moody; great-nieces, Janci Goforth, Katherine Richardson, Chesney Easter; great-nephews, Ryan Merryman, Andrew Harley, Brett Merryman; great-great nieces, Hallie McKenzie, Josephine Richardson; great-great nephews, Braeden McKenzie, Garrett Martinez, and Noah Merryman;
