Clifford Wayne Joshua Cobb, Jr., 84, passed away on Thursday, October 31, 2013, in the Blue Ridge Community near Marlin.Graveside services will be held at the Blue Ridge Cemetery in Falls County on Saturday, November 9 at 2PM. Judge Robert Stem will provide the eulogy.Clifford was born on April 11, 1929 to Clifford, Sr. and Mable Haley in Blue Ridge. He was a member of the Blue Ridge Baptist Church and at one time was a Deacon.Clifford is survived by his wife of 59 years, Lucille Sullivan; 2 daughters, Karen Cobb-VanWinkle and Patricia Cobb-Larson; 2 sons-in-law, Jon VanWinkle and Wayne Larson; 4 grandchildren, Justin Thomas Larson, Kyle James Larson, Brittany Renee VanWinkle-Hatridge, and Shannon Elyse VanWinkle-Stone; 2 grandsons-in-law, Rob Hatridge and Justice Stone.Mr. Cobb was preceded in death by 2 sons, Clifford Wayne Cobb and Thomas Eldon Cobb; his parents; 2 sisters and 2 brothers.He will be dearly missed.
