Brenda Ann Kay, age 43, went to her heavenly home on Thursday, March 7, 2024. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, March 11, 2024 at Adams Funeral Home with Reverend Don Fulton officiating. Burial to follow in Waite Cemetery, Reagan. Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. -8:00 p.m. Sunday, March 10, 2024 at the funeral home.

Brenda was born on August 24, 1980 in Rosebud, Texas. She was a longtime resident of Falls County, Texas. Brenda graduated in 2000 from Marlin High School. Despite having kidney transplants, she was an active person. She enjoyed watching sports: baseball, Football, and wrestling. She loved Baylor sports, but she rooted for all Texas teams. Brenda could not decide which professional baseball teams: Texas Rangers or Houston Astros. She cheered for the Dallas Cowboys, but she pulled for the Houston Texans. Until this year, Brenda attended Marlin Bulldogs football games. She liked attending Monster Truck show. Her favorite past time was going fishing with her uncle. Most of all, Brenda loved to cook. She shared recipes with everyone. Her favorite bird was the Cardinals.

Brenda was preceded in death by grandparents, Billy and Evelyn Kay, and her paternal grandmother Emmagene Chamberlain. She leaves behind to cherish her memories, mother, Betty Ann Kay Collinsworth, dad, Joel Collinsworth, and many aunts, uncles, and a host of friends.

Pallbearers will be Betty's nephews.
A meal will be provided, after the service, at Oak Pavilion Hwy. 7 E. Marlin.
